The oil
What it is
Our refined avocado oil starts as crude oil hot-pressed in our own factory. We then refine, bleach and deodorise it in our refinery in Thika.
The result is a clear, pale oil with a neutral taste and a high smoke point (typically about 250–270 °C). Shelf life is 24 months from production, sealed.
- RBD food grade. Refined, bleached and deodorised for food use.
- Cosmetic grade. Refined for cosmetics and personal care.
- RBDW (on request). Winterised to remove waxes, so it stays clear when chilled.
