The oil

What it is

Our cooking oil is refined (RBD) avocado oil. It has a neutral taste and a typical smoke point of about 250–270 °C, so it suits the hot pan as well as the salad bowl.

Simple ideas: fry chapati, sauté sukuma wiki, marinate nyama choma, or fry fish. Use the extra virgin oil for dressings and finishing.
